What is Google Ad Grants?

Google Ad Grants is the nonprofit edition of Google Ads, Google’s online advertising tool. Google Ad Grants empowers nonprofit organizations, through $10,000 per month of in-kind Google Search advertising, to promote their missions and initiatives on Google search result pages.

Once you are granted your $10,000 monthly credit, XLR8 Digital will administer your ad account at a 50% discount, specially designed for non-profit organizations.

Google Grants is designed to help non-profits extend their public service messages to a global audience on Google.com in an effort to make a greater impact on the world.


Here is an overview of the program

What you get: An in-kind grant for free ads on Google.com.

Amount of the Grant: Non-profits who qualify receive $10,000 per month in credits with Google Grants.

Basic Eligibility Requirements: US based 501(c)3 organizations as well as with international NGO’s with equivalent status (excluding: political organizations as well as those who sell commercial goods and services or generate revenue through ads on their website)

One major requirement for using Google Grants is that your non-profit has the expertise to set up and optimize a Google Ads account. Rest assured, we will be that resource for your organization.

If you have already been approved for a google grant, but need help spending your $10,000/month more effectively we can help you with that.


According to Google, the average grantee only utilizes $300 per month.
